Where do you currently ship to?

We are currently shipping domestically in the US and to Canada. We use the 3 main carriers UPS, fedEx and USPS.
 

How are the products made?

To maximize quality and freshness they are hand made, small batch brewed and produced. You will always receive the best possible quality using the best ingredients and they will remain all natural.
 

What is the background of your company?

We are Jamaican and Trinidadian in terms of nationality. We grew up drinking and eating all of the items we provide on a regular basis, made from recipes passed down in our families for generations. Every item is completely authentic, organic, has no presevatives or chemicals present and are consumed in our homes.

What is your refund policy?

As we sell food items and they are shipped as advertised we do not offer refunds. If the item arrives damaged or there are shipping issues we will absolutely offer a replacement at no additional charge.

YES. YOU CAN CALL OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER AND ARRANGE AN ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF PAYMENT. CASHAPP, VENMO,ZELLE AND WIRE TRANSFER ARE ALL OPTIONS WE HAVE AVAILABLE FOR PAYMENT IN ADDITON TO CREDIT CARDS AND OR PAYPAL. Our cashapp is $bishopbottling and our venmo is @bishopbottling.
