A seasoning made from various herbs, it is used as an all purpose base seasoning for all proteins and a flavor enhancer for rice, vegetable and and bean based dishes. Our version contains, parsley, shadow beni, garlic, onion, green onions, olive oil, scotch bonnet peppers, pimento peppers, celery, thyme, lime and vinegar. Add the marinade to you desired dish before cooking and let it sit to enhance the flavor our while cooking add it to you dish. Either way will impart great flavor.
